SPRINGBOARDs recruiting director Dan Blatt has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of businesses relating to Wall Street, the Internet, Software Technology and Architecture.
Dan brings an extensive wealth of experience in the Financial Information Field and Securities Technology Industry. Having spent years himself within the market data and news industries as a technological account manager and project manager, Dan brings along a unique understanding of what candidates want and firms are looking for.
He honed his communication skills working with that fine balance between clients, sales specialists and technologists. He has developed relationships with clients in coordinating training sessions for products, while also working with network administrators and system analysts improving the products technology environment.
Dan has coordinated large scale software projects from inception to completion. He has provided on-site applications and software support for major clients including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers
Prior to working within this field, he was a software support expert and director of computers and training at a prominent Manhattan Architectural Firm and was included in publications as an initial pioneer in the world of Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD). Dan spent over eight years as an Associate Vice President at Shearson Lehman Brothers. He helped conceive and subsequently managed a 20 member team that was instrumental in the creation of new corporate offices and headquarters as the company changed and evolved.
Dan lives in New Jersey with his wife, who is his best friend, and two silly kids. He is an avid fan of word games, baseball statistics, and 80s music trivia and looks forward to talking to you about this as well. |
